PAULA THORNTON says, "Understanding human behavior (economics), optimizing interactions (design) and facilitating conversations (markets), are the means to achieve strategic differentiation. This is the focus of our discipline. It is not a 'nice to have'‚ and is not, like documentation once was, an afterthought. It is the means by which to start a strategic discussion and the means by which to drive a tactical initiative. All design should be evidence-based."

Thanks Paula. As one of the architects on the team at TalentSphere I can definately tell you how much real time feedback sounds broadcast through our building makes an impact. It's so easy in today's digital world to let yourself get isolated from people you are trying to help.
When we hear a boo- (often it comes in the form of a whip crack or thunder) or a cheer it reminds you instantly that you are serving (or not) some real people. It's especially valuable to when the person adds a comment as to what they appreciate (or hated) after "ring our bell".
Keep up the great work.
